Extended a production railway maintenance platform from a single-depot application into a centralized system supporting multiple depots. Enabled headquarters to monitor wagon repair workflows and operational data across depots through a unified platform. Deployed and maintained the multi-depot platform, supporting ongoing railway operations and business-process automation.

Developed and maintained production backend systems for railway depot operations using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and PostgreSQL. Digitized approximately 30 interconnected maintenance journals, reducing repetitive data entry and enabling end-to-end electronic tracking of wagon repair workflows. Built a payroll information system integrating Excel processing, a Telegram bot, and a management dashboard to improve salary information access for 250+ employees. Developed an equipment maintenance management system covering 130 assets, including repair schedules, QR codes, technical condition monitoring, and maintenance history. Automated internal spare-parts ordering workflows and managed production deployments using Docker, Gunicorn, Nginx, and Linux.

Our project became one of the 16 finalists, alongside projects from various branches and organizations across the railway industry, and we successfully presented our platform to the management.

Secured 2nd place — and won 20 million UZS — among all teams in the Kashkadarya region.
